The search syntax gives you more flexibility when creating searches, through the use of Boolean operators.

Boolean search is a type of search allowing users to combine keywords with operators such as AND, NOT and OR to further produce more relevant results. 

For example, a Boolean search could be "artificial intelligence" AND "diagnostic tool". This would limit the search results to only those documents containing the two keywords.

The following operators are available:

• OR operator
• AND operator
• NOT operator

OR operator

Search for X or Y. This will return results related to X or Y, or both.

Example: For the query below, Orbit Insight will return results mentioning artificial intelligence or machine learning or both.

AND operator

Search for X and Y. This will return only results related to both X and Y. 

Example: For the query below, Orbit Insight will return results mentioning artificial intelligence and diagnostic.

NOT operator

Exclude X or Y. This will return only results that does not contain X and Y.

Example: For the query below, Orbit Insight will return results mentioning artificial intelligence but not diagnostic neither diagnosis.
