Once you run a search and have identified a list of KOL (experts),you can export them. 

You can export:

• a list of KOL
• a selection of KOL

Export a list of KOL

To export a list of KOL, perform the following steps:

1. Hover your mouse over the list of KOL to be exported and click on the 3dot button available on the top right corner of the list: select the appropriate option in the menu to send the list of inventions to the clipboard.

2. Click on the Clipboard button to display the Export clipboard window:

3. Select the file format to be exported:

Note that if you want to export several lists, you can check the option Compress all files in a ZIP.

4. Click Export: once the export has been done, a notification is available at the top right corner:

5. Click the Downloads icon to display the Downloads window and click on the file you want to download:

Export a selection of KOL

To export a selection of KOL, perform the following steps:

1. Check the KOL to be exported in the list.

2. Hover your mouse over the list and click on the 3dot button at the top right corner of the list: select the appropriate item on the menu to send it to the clipboard:

3. Click on the Clipboard button to display the Export clipboard window:

4. Select the file format to be exported:
